Services & Service Areas
Initial Visit
Local Area: $70/45 min
Extended Area: $80/45min
This service is for first-time clients, and clients who have not been seen by us for over one year.
During this visit the nurse will create your secure electronic health record (EHR). It involves a comprehensive physical assessment of the feet and lower legs, collection of a thorough health history including, but not limited to, medications, medical diagnoses as it relates to foot health, and the completion of required forms to enable the creation of a customized care plan specific to you and your health needs.
A full foot care service follows the assessment and a massage of the lower legs and feet. We dare you to try to stay awake during the massage!
A follow-up appointment will be booked in a timeframe according to your care plan.
*Intake forms are available online or through email. Completing the forms at least 48 hours in advance of your initial appointment will allow additional time to work physically with your feet.
**Please note that there is a 50% fee for ‘no-shows’ and cancellations within 48 hours notice. We kindly ask that you reschedule in advance to free up a space for someone who needs an appointment.
Follow-Up Visit
Local Area: $60/30 mins
Extended Area: $70/30mins
This service is for clients who have been seen by our clinic within one year (See map above for service areas).
This visit includes a full foot care service followed by a relaxing gentle massage of the lower legs and feet. This is a client’s favourite part of the service!
The nurse will address any concerns they were unable to complete in the initial visit, and/or address any new concerns. The nurse will treat as many foot concerns as possible in their allotted time including but not limited to filing of corns/calluses, removal of ingrown toenails and nail trimming, buffing of fungus or rough skin, padding of sensitive areas, education and self care techniques, etc.
The next follow-up appointment booked in advance will ensure visits are not missed according to your personalized care plan. It is advised to book every 6 weeks. Some clients can go longer in-between appointments, while others will need appointments more frequently, especially during the treatment phase of active conditions such as fungus or hyperkeratosis.
